Comfort Under the Sun was founded in 2010 by Ray Zoeteman, a 50 year HVAC contractor in Chicago.

While working on rooftops, Ray would have his assistant hold an umbrella over him. Ray then started noticing as the day went on his assistant would be shading himself rather than Ray.  He then came up with a brilliant idea...the Magna Shade!

After developement of the Magna Shade, Ray started Comfort Under the Sun Corporation in order to bring his product to anyone working and playing in the hot Sun. The Magna Shade can protect you from the harmful UV rays that cause skin cancer.

The Magna Shade provides a hands free environment.  It's great for many commercial markets also excellent for BBQ grills, tailgates, flagpoles etc.
